Quarterly Expenditure Report
Q2 2025

Introduction.
The purpose of this report is to provide an overview of the organization’s expenditure for the second quarter of 2025.
The report analyzes the expenditure trends for this period.

Executive Summary.
In Q2 2025, the organization’s expenditure remained within budgetary guidelines with a total expenditure of 43,474,000. although there was slight increase in some expense categories which made it to exceed the organization income of the sum of 35,000,000.

The expenditure data presented in this report was obtained through a comprehensive review of the budget, receipts and the records in the expenditure book

Budget comparison.
Despite slight variances/ changes in some expenses, the organization’s overall expenditure aligned with the income for Q2 2025. variations were mainly driven by increase in school fees, increase in food costs and scholastic materials.


Key findings
During Q2 2025, the organization effectively managed expenditure ensuring it remained within budgetary limits although there is slight increase in fees, food stuffs and scholastic materials this can be attributed to the children’s wellbeing.
El-Shaddai has achieved so many success stories this year.

1.EVANGELISM IN SCHOOLS.
Many souls were won to the kingdom of our God through evangelisms by our children in their different schools. Winning souls to the kingdom is our major goal, as our lord commanded in Matthew 28:18-20, Quote, v.18, then Jesus came to them and said, all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. V.19, therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, v.20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely iam with you always, to the very end of the age. The schools, the number of students reached and the number that believed are stated on the table below.
The children were able to reach out 1,220 students and 112 souls were won to the kingdom Of Our God. What a tremendous victory over the kingdom of darkness.

2. SUCCESSFUL DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS/ CLASSES.
We also registered successful discipleship classes which yielded very positive effective results in the lives of the children i.e. the discipleship groups\classes were grouped and rated according to their comprehension ability. This has enhanced spiritual growth in the children as most of them can now study the Word for themselves and live the Word.

3.CONTINUED SUPPORT.
We are so thankful to God for His continued overflow of the supply of resources through your generosity that has enabled us to carry out what God Himself has begun on this part of the world for the expansion of His Kingdom and to the Glory of His Name Alone. Your generous support has enabled us to carry out and achieve the following.
Education of 70 children this year in their respective classes. the following children have finished their courses and are doing well serving God where God has placed them and are supporting El- Shaddai in the way they can.

Akoth Innocent finished the university this year with a degree in social works and social administration and got work immediately. She’s began giving back to El- Shaddai in the way she can and were so grateful to God for that.

Athieno Patricia too finished her diploma course in fashion and design this year and she’s waiting to do her last internship.

Nakero Mary has finished her certificate in tailoring and is doing well where God has put her. All these girls were truly needy and could have been given for early marriages with abuse But God through El-Shaddai rescued them and now they can be useful in the kingdom of God and as citizens and now I believe they will be wonderful mothers someday.

Wakoli Brian (Alex) finished his certificate in auto machine driving and is now serving in Tororo Cement factory as A driver and giving back to the ministry in the way he can.

Kamba Denis.1 has finished his certificate in basic auto mechanics and he’s doing his final practice to get to the field.

Kwiri Tonny finished his certificate in tailoring.

Abbo Getrude finished her certificate in catering. so thankful to God for this mile stone and continue praying for the rest who are working so hard too. The greatest number of our children are performing so highly, this is because they have a peaceful place they call home and are able to eat because of your generous support.

El Shaddai Feeds About 45 Hungry Children around the community on a daily basis. We Bless Abba Father for the opportunity to share His Love with those around us. And then reaching out to almost 15 elderly women who are our immediate neighbors in terms of food support and then buying medicine.

Construction of two cottage and a kitchen.

We’ve plastered the cottages, now waiting upon God for provision for the finishings i.e. painting and tiling the floors.

Transportation issues, carrying the little ones to school is a challenge, this is because they are too young and therefore unable to trek on the busy roads every morning and evening to go and come back from school, it’s quite a challenge for us to transport them
Lack essential books to boost our children’s learning

Recommendations
Based on the findings in request submission to our granters we propose the following recommendations for goodness of El- Shaddai and the wellbeing of our little ones.

Purchase of a van which can help in the ferrying of the little ones to and from school for effective studies and safety of the little ones on the in route to school. When we visited the schools this year, one of the major concerns was our children reaching school late and it’s affecting their performance. There is no nearby good school and then walking on foot up to the school is a distance causing them to miss some lessons.
And finally, considerations for a well-stocked library to improve on the children’s learning

We are also praying that God will provide funds for us to be able to get at least four desk top computers to enable them learn computer which is something of importance in their journey.
Conclusion

In conclusion, the organizations quarterly expenditure for Q2 2025 was effectively managed, we tried to remain within the allocated income, but there was a slight accession in the amount allocated but careful consideration of expenses and commitment to our children and volunteer wellbeing contributed to this outcome.
Please pray for my health, I have a swelling on both sides of the supraclavicular, I’m on medication. Praying that God will heal me soon.
