Local churches should be led by a plurality of believing men who are Biblically qualified, Spirit-filled, and Spirit-placed Elders/Overseers. Elders, under Christ’s headship,  serve as the church’s pastors/shepherds, spiritual leaders, examples, teachers, and protectors.
